Staff and Servers
Our Professional Staff
At Mustard Seed Catering, our professional staff will provide you with excellent customer service. We believe that it is a privilege to serve you and be a part of your special event. For every buffet event, we require a minimum of 5-7 servers, depending on how much food you have. There are no hidden costs here at Mustard Seed Catering. Servers are 20$ per hour per server. The hourly rate includes all of the set up of tables, service of food, set up of all beverage stations, champagne toasts, cutting and serving of cake, and anything in between that needs to be done.
We also offer professional bartenders. The cost is also 20$ per hr per bartender. Any amount over 50 people will require two bartenders. They are responsible for the complete setup of the bar area, which includes glassware, ice flow, beverage set up, and any other requests that are made. However, we do not buy any alcohol. Clients are responsible for purchasing, dropping off, and picking up all Alcohol and ice. An 18% gratuity and taxes are added to each event.
A Day of Coordinators is an excellent asset to any event. They are trained and experienced in all aspects of event planning and organization. They will help with the flow of your event and maintain time management, helping to stay on schedule and move the event along with ease and simplicity.
